i meant that when we get members "still member class" they are loyal "who arent admins/staff" could get a mod status, which isnt as high as staff or as low as member/newbie

when we get like 200 members, will still have the "TEAM Staff,." and with soo many members, we may need "Forum MODERATORS" to help out the "STAFF."
If we had like 50 active members, and only 1 active staff, that could be hell for that 1 staff.. O_o
