1. Posts on Forums Actively
2. Active in Live Chat
3. Helps out other Members
4. Contributes to the Site
5. Respects our Rules and Policies
6. Respects other Members
7. Is a role model to other Members

We also look for other qualities. This is just to take note of before, during, and after applying for Staff.
