On the main webpage, go to the "Subscriptions" tab and then click "How to add Subscriptions onto your Nintendo DS".

It will teach you about all of it.

Still confused i cant find the subscription thing on this webpages main page am i doing something wrong.

Ok, here are the steps to get to that page.

1. Go on http://www.warc.co.nr
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab near the top - right of the page
3. View the tutorial on how to add a subscription to your Nintendo DS

When you close the DS, it safely disconnects the WiFi.
At least that's what I think it does.
