I think it's R4DS "Revolution 4 DS". There is TT DS, which you can store games on. My friend Alex (A.K.A. Dippy) has one.

ya you plug it into your somputer and download "roms" that you put on you r4 to play free games. Obviously not sold in stoes, some website.

Err.. unsure, but it does have a built in cheat database, which im pretty sure is action replay..

EDIT: Its is..

you just update the xml on the r4 with new codes which can be activated by pressing "Y" before on the game you are selecting..
