Forum Rules

Hey everybody, welcome to the Forums. As you know, every Forum has to have rules. Here is the list of rules for the WARC Forums.

1. Try to not spam in every post. Currently, this isn't is a big problem, but it's still a bad habit to get into.

So what are considered spamming?

1. Posting with 2 or less words, such as “Thanks,” “Cool, Dude,” “Search it,” etc.
2. Posting mostly in languages other than English.
3. Posting nonsensical words like “Bwahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa.”
4. Posting with only smilies and question/exclamation-marks or excessive use of both.
5. Posting with only distorted TeXt and kool t@lk.
6. Posting by only copying or quoting a previous post.
7. Posting with excessive use of capital letters (shouting).
8. Posting non-relevant subjects (stay on topic).
9. Posting invisible text (same as background color).
10. Posting in a spamming thread or in reply to a spam (report spams, do not reply to them in any way).
11. Posting by repeating a similar post in the same thread.
12. Posting by repeating similar posts repeated in other threads (cross-posting).
13. Posting links to websites or online services with no relevance to the topic.
14. Posting for no apparent reason, other than obviously increasing post count.
15. Posting new threads needlessly in the Announcements section.
16. Posting new threads identical to another active thread (search the forum first).
17. Posting a new thread without a proper subject description.
18. Double posts (one post immediately after another by the same member), edit your posts instead.
19. Bumping of threads (this is a double post), PM a moderator to have an old post closed instead so you can open a new one.
20. Posting a new thread in the wrong section (like a web design thread in a domain section).
21. Posting of irrelevant self-serving (advertising own websites) and affiliate links outside of the designated areas and sections.

2. No pornography, period. This includes in messages, PM's, signatures, avatars, groups, links, pictures, flash games, and etc. Consider this your one and only warning. Pornography will result in immediate temporary or suspension from the Forums

3. No flaming other members. On these Forums, we allow you to disagree with another member and post your opinion on a topic, but don't go to the point to when you start cursing them out. Flaming will result in a warning, then a temporary ban.

4. Advertising:

We ALLOW
a. In Signatures
b. In Avatars

We DON'T ALLOW
a. In Private Messages
b. In Posts

These are the current rules, and you are willing to abide by them. I may update them at any time without your consent. Please be aware of this.
